Teacher Shinichi Kono has been a sushi chef for over 30 years. The teacher will carefully instruct you in step of the process how to making sushi. Guests will be able to experience Japanese tradition. The sushi restaurant where this class will be held, tools such as knives, and ingredients used in sushi. You’ll enjoy making noodles using a noodle-making machine, choose the base of soup from soy sauce, miso, and salt, and enjoy a handmade experience while being taught how to make and bake gyoza (dumpling) bean paste.
