Well organised and smooth sailing tour, led by an amazing tour guide, Son. He was very personable and did a great job at organising the logistics of the tour. Delicious lunch with lots of vegetarian options as well.

It was a long, but wonderful day. Most of the sites were very crowded but beautiful. Alex was a great tour guide and spoke English very well.

Guides were great, friendly and so helpful. Lunch was amazing . Kept going despite the pouring rain. Thanks

The guide was very informative and spoke good English. The limousine was modern and clean. The driver was courteous and the driving was very safe and comfortable. Highly recommend the tour to anyone who is looking for a beautiful countryside of Vietnam.

As planned visited Bai dinh, Caves and Trang An. Caves boat tour was a bit long, 1 hour on the boat would have been enough. I recall the method of transport described as “limousine auto” when i booked it but it ended up being a normal bus - A/C and seat worked ok. Some locations were too busy with tourists, perhaps a weekday would have been better … or stay over night in ninh binh and start earlier… Food at lunch as average, lack of flavour, felt like cheap tourist canteen. Tour guide was good, shared some historical facts and spoke a good english. Although we were not forced to do so, same as in most of asian countries due to poor wages for locals you feel like you have to tip the boat fella, and the bus driver etc. We had about 20 people in this tour - i personally prefer smaller groups of 10-12 max, otherwise you always have to wait mr X and mr Z gone missing. It was a mix of 2 groups in my tour, 2 different tour options mixed basically - leading to more people on the tour. It’s a long day, especially with traffic - a good 10-12 hours trip at least in total. Give this tour a 7/10.

This itinerary is well organized but it could be improved a little since the main course is the hike to see the dragon. This tour gives you about 45 min to go up and down and this feels a bit rushed, given the difficulty of the hike. The positives: -Our guide Jobs was full of energy and had a great sense of humour from the beginning of the tour. -The experiences felt well planed and organized. -The tour guides are prepared and give you a lot of relevant information before you get off the bus. -This itinerary was good enough for a day The negatives: -Pick up procedure has to improve. Pick up/drop off isnt actually at the hotel they tell you to (sometimes), someone meets you there and makes you walk to some street where the bus will stop and get you. -The tours either need to be reduced or people need to be left if they are late. Bus picked us up 30 min late and then after the hike we had to wait 20 extra min for people that showed up late. -The hiking time needs to be increased and the bike part reduced. The hiking is the most difficult but most enjoyable part of the experience. -The boat experience needs to be rearranged. The boats need to carry 2 people max so the load isnt too heavy for the person rowing. Overall, a good experience but could be improved to make it more enjoyable and less rushed.

Continuous open communication throughout. Our guide, Duc/James was very knowledgeable and was able to curate an experience just for us and what we wanted/needed! Highly recommend!!

Very well organized tour. A lot of beauty and things to explore. As a solo traveler there were certain things that were to taxing for me to do, however there was a tour guide trainee who stayed with me all day. He was a gem!!!
