Guests smell and taste each wine while blindfolded, describing aromas, flavours, acidity, and structure. Throughout the tasting, your sommelier guide shares insights into how wine professionals identify grape varieties, regions, and quality. At the end of the tasting, the wines are revealed and discussed together.
