Re-Joyce -- and Relax with Joyce!

Joyce was absolutely wonderful. She communicated with us before we boarded our plane in Atlanta and said she was monitoring our flight and would meet us when we exited customs in MBJ. As promised, she was there and helped us with our luggage to her van and then we were off to Negril. She stopped for us to use the restroom and grab a to go drink. Super safe driver, she pointed out places of interest and gave us a little history of some of the villages. We hired her to take us to Rick's Cafe and was going to wait for us while we ate and jumped off cliffs, but we insisted she come eat with us, our treat! She even took our photos and videos of us on jumping off the cliffs. She was right on time when it was time to leave our resort to go back to airport. We beat the shared hotel shuttles which made going through the airport much better! I cannot say enough great things about Joyce. We have made a friend in Jamaica and will contact and use her every time we come back. Miss her already!

The company was good with communication. I knew where to go once I got my bags and the name of my driver. The driver held a sign with my name on it which help with identify the correct driver in such a busy space. You have to be skilled to drive in Jamaica, and our drive got us there safe and sound. Beanie was a great guide and very knowledgeable! This is a great way to see the locals and hear their stories of recovery after the hurricane. Akeno was a great driver to and from our location to the rafting. Bring some extra cash to support the locals by purchasing drinks and items from the vendors. You can also upgrade the massage experience to waist down or full body for an added tip. Bring tip money for your raft guide and driver. Jamaica is full of great people!

It was seamless and...

It was seamless and fantastic. The driver was at the airport waiting for us by the time we’d gotten our checked bag. He was very personable, talked to us about some of the history of the areas we drove through, and got us to our destination in a timely manner. It was a great experience and well be utilizing Viator to book future drivers as well.
