This is more than just a yoga class, it’s a sensory coastal experience. Set against the backdrop of Casco Bay, you’ll move through an all-levels flow while breathing in salt air, feeling the ocean breeze on your skin, and taking in the quiet rhythm of the water.
Each session is thoughtfully designed to blend mindful movement, nervous system support, and deep relaxation. We’ll move through gentle, grounding flow and close with savasana, including an optional cooling lavender-soaked towel.
