Santa's Cabin might be the most picturesque place in Lapland! Join us for this private tour where we will hike up to the cabin. We will pick you up from your accommodation. There are many routes and we can select the one you prefer: 1. Gondola ride up and down, with total ~900m snowshoeing 2. Gondola one way, with total ~2km snowshoeing 3. Car to the top of Levi, with total ~2,4km snowshoeing We will have plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the views at the cabin, which is typically covered in snow including the surroundings. We will also enjoy some hot beverage while soaking in the views. We will provide snowshoes, and we can take small detours to enjoy the hiking on deep snow. Our guides are Finnish people permanently living in the area. They will be equipped with a professional camera to take photos of you and your group along the way. We pick you up from Kemi and Haparanda-Tornio hotels, stations etc. to visit the Nicolaus Rungius in his home church in Keminmaa. Rungius was vicar priest in Kemi village at 16th century. He died in 1629 and never rottened. Rungius can be seen during summer in his open coffin in the old St. Michael’s Church in Keminmaa. On the same trip we can also visit the top of Sea Lapland, the viewtower of Kalli outdoor area to see the landscapes of Kemi-Tornio area. After visiting the tower we drive you back.

Tour starts from the harbour of Koppelo, about 10 km from Ivalo village. Your guide is experienced captain of the 9 meters long boat. There is heated cabin in the boat. After safety instructions boat tour will start to the island where your guide and his wifi are living. There you will get glimpse of authentic lappish lifestyle. We will enjoy Lappish BBQ, traditional sausages, reindeer sausages, warm "Rieska" ( finnish flatbread ), homemade potato salad and blueberry pie. As the evening will get darker, there is also possibility to see the Northern lights. After dinner we will continue boat tour to Lake Inari.
