There is an admission fee, which is discounted for students and seniors. Admission is free for children under 18 and those who present proof of disability.

Visitors must climb stairs to enter the castle tower, each turret, and the Iron Gate, making it unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Restrooms are available inside the castle and in the parking lot. Only the parking lot’s restrooms are barrier-free.

Imabari is considered one of Japan’s best castles.
