Book it!
The Missouri should NOT be missed. My preteen/teen kids loved it and weren’t bored at all. If you go to the lower level where the mess halls are and the kamikaze info is it can be claustrophobic bc the in the ship walking is a lot. Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone!

Absolute must do!
This was the only activity we booked during our trip as to not feel rushed into anything while living the island life and it was the most amazingly beautiful experience we could have hoped for. From swimming with turtles, to the dole plantation (dole whips are a must!), to snorkeling in what felt like being inside of an aquarium tank at sharks cove, to the tasting (and buying) of coffee beans at the coffee farm, to the stops at small local food and fruit stands (the spicy shrimp meal was to die for!), it was worth every penny. Now I couldn’t write this review without mentioning our driver Mike and especially our guide Aka. Aka is the most beautiful soul we have ever had the pleasure of being around and is one of those people that leaves an everlasting impression. His native Hawaiian soul is filled with life experiences, true Hawaiian culture, stories of the past and present, and worldly knowledge. Every word he said resonated like no other and was felt deeply. I can’t explain it, but Aka himself was worth the experience and when we return this year, we plan to take this trip again (this time with our teen daughter) not only for the physical activities, but to hear the words and stories of Aka again in hopes that it effects and changes our daughter in the way it did us. Aka, if you read this, Mahalo, and we hope to see you again this year!

Do this if you want a wonderful experience
I had a wonderful time. We saw everything the description describes and more. I wanted to see the Iolani Palace and get a picture if the statue of King Kamehameha. Our wonderful guide, Summer, made sure she found a spot to pull over so I could get out and get a good picture. She said, we were her family for the day. She truly treated us as such. She was great! This is a 'must do'. And if you get Summer as your guide, that is a great bonus!

A tour everyone should take.
We had a very good tour to the Pearl Harbor Memorial. We were a party of four and took an early tour and to be ahead on the crowds. Nolani picked us up exactly on time and was an excellent and informative guide. She explained the way to explore the park and see everything on schedule. We also saw the Punchbowl cemetery. As we drove around, Noilani gave us lots of helpful information. We highly recommend both the tour and our guide.

Honolulu is both the perfect launch point for exploring Hawaii and a destination in itself. Honolulu tours cover both aspects, by revealing the city’s culture and helping you get out of town. Take a trip to the USS Arizona Memorial, snorkel among coral reefs, fly over the island in a helicopter, attend a traditional luau, or tick off city sights. Whatever you choose, expert guides will make your trip as smooth and memorable as possible.
