On this small-group stand-up paddleboard (SUP) experience, enjoy a gentle ride on the peaceful waters near Babin Beach (Plage de Babin), gazing out over dense mangroves.

Carried by the sea, on the beautiful waters of Guadeloupe, 1 hour of Hatha Yoga on Paddle to recharge your energy, release your stress...And Breathe... Simple postures. A slow, deep breath. A connected meditation... A breath, a lagoon, colors and you... There is no need to be proficient in paddle boarding or yoga. Open to all public. From 1 to 4 people/session. Paddle provided. Only in the morning. Sessions at Créole Beach, Le Gosier, opposite the Atmosphere nautical base. The practice can take place in St François on request. For those who resist the sea, but who love well-being, yoga can be practiced on the beach on request.
