We have a showroom with important coffee picking instruments and a better explanation of the process of coffee production. We want to show you how to make Café-Chorreado, the real Costa Rican practice of preparing coffee. Amongst other sampling methods. Finally, we want to look at one of the most important aspects of Costarican culture and tradition, the trapiche: A sugar cane mill.
