During this tasting you will learn: - to taste a wine like a professional - to read a Burgundy wine label - how are classified the terroirs and the wines of Burgundy All this thanks to the tasting of 4 wines, from the village to the Grand Cru! The Coast will no longer hold any secrets for you: you will discover what makes the Climats of Burgundy unique, recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Accompanied by a Burgundy wine expert, you will learn how to taste wines. Starting from a village appellation to the Grand Cru, you can take the measure of the climates of the Burgundy vineyard.

Beaune is the gateway to the Burgundy wine region, but you don’t have to travel far from the city to sample its famous wines. This private tasting experience is guided by a professional sommelier and custom-made just for you and your group. Sample a hand-picked selection of seven red and white wines, all of them Premier Cru or Grand Cru classified, and learn how to identify the different varietals, producers, and terroir.

Head out to the forest for a truffle hunt with this experience. You'll meet your guide at the Maison Aux Mille Truffes, where you'll get a briefing on truffles and how they are hunted. Then you'll head out to the woods with Julio, a truffle-hunting canine, who will search for truffles right before your eyes, before returning to your starting point for a product tasting.
