The experience includes the preparation of 3 types of fresh pasta: Orecchiette, Tagliatelle and a stuffed egg pasta, but the experience does not end here, for each type of pasta we will prepare a sauce/dressing for an explosion of flavor. Visit of a traditional farm dating back to 1800, where, from 5 generation, different kind of cheese have been produced from the milk milked by its own grazing cows. It is possible to see the whole production process, from the manual milking of the “Frisona” cows to the cheese tasting. Our guests can also enjoy themselves : following the instructions of the Master Cheese Maker they can try to make mozzarella and fresh cheeses such as giuncata or primosale.
