Tohora Bora Bora is the pioneer of whale watching tours in Bora Bora. Simon shares his passion for respect for animals and quality of experience. Whales live in freedom: their sighting is unpredictable. The “launch” option does not guarantee swimming. Where possible, it may require swimming more than 100 m in the open sea. Good physical condition and excellent ease in the water are essential. The excursion lasts 3h30 in the ocean, where conditions can be rough. Launches depend exclusively on whale behaviour and sea conditions. The safety and respect of this protected species remains our priority. People who do not wish to go into the water will fully enjoy the sighting from the boat. It is precisely this authenticity that makes each encounter exceptional.
