My husband and I chose the South Island Tour and Snorkel Combo, and it exceeded all expectations. Despite a bit of morning rain, Brenda made the entire experience fantastic. As we drove past the mangroves, salt pans, slave huts, and Sorobon Beach, she offered insightful explanations, island history, and thoughtful commentary that brought each stop to life. She quickly picked up on our interests and seamlessly tailored the tour to match them. When she learned that I collect rocks as travel mementos, she not only helped me find unique pieces but also explained their geological significance to Bonaire. She even showed us where to collect free salt crystals from the Cargill salt pans—something we would never have known to look for on our own. And then came the best part: snorkeling. This is where Brenda’s passion truly shines. My husband and I are relatively new to snorkeling, and she was incredibly patient, supportive, and encouraging. She asked what we hoped to see and then walked us through everything—how to enter the water safely in rocky areas, how to check our equipment, and even corrected how I attached my snorkel and helped my husband with his snorkel shoes. At no point did we feel inexperienced or out of place. Brenda guided us through the water, pointing out different fish, coral, and sea life with a level of expertise and enthusiasm that made the experience unforgettable. Even though we’re beginners, it’s clear she would be an outstanding guide for advanced snorkelers and divers as well. I wholeheartedly recommend booking an excursion with Brenda. Her knowledge, passion, and genuine care for her guests make her an exceptional guide. If you’re lucky enough to secure her for your tour, you’re in for an incredible experience. Don’t pass her up!

Such an amazing experience! Coolest excursion we have ever done! Swimming under the rocks to explore other caves was beyond mind blowing! For those wondering if you can participate, I was four months pregnant and was able to do everything on this excursion, just took some bravery. Take the leap and do this amazing tour! Our tour guide was awesome!

It's rather difficult to do but extremely fun at the same time. You should know the basics of snorkeling and floating first though. You just float and release a line with chicken as bait and wait for a grouper to latch on. Lots of different fish to look at. It was beautiful. The guide was extremely fun and friendly. The fish was amazing. I did not catch any but he did so it was amazing! Very happy with this experience.
