We had an amazing...
We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Peter! He was incredibly informative and very patient, especially helping me with my elderly parents. He truly paid attention to every detail — from providing cool towelettes after a hot excursion to always having cold water ready in the van. Those thoughtful touches did not go unnoticed.
Peter even remembered all seven of our names, which made the tour feel so personal and special. Our driver, Mario, was also excellent — a safe and smooth driver who got us everywhere comfortably and back safely. We’re so grateful to both of them for such a wonderful day!

Great to see historic sites
Tour guide was great. He told good history stories, Connecting well with the changes over time. Gave us plenty of time to walk around and take pictures. He was friendly. He even walk me the the train station to show how to purchase train tickets tokens.

Great tour on a hot day.
This is a wonderful experience. The train ride is great but the portion where it goes through the market is not to be believed. So much fun. And then to see the vendors pull their stalls back down was great. The floating market was great. Great to see.
It was a full day with all the travel.

Enjoy breathing fresh air
Not suitable for the disabled but you do need a certain level of fitness to enjoy this. Plenty of comfort breaks but take tissue with you! Lunch is not included but plenty of places to get snacks n drinks. Feb is a great month as no mosquitoes the guide said (and I didn’t get bitten). No leeches either but take the bug spray in case. The guide was entertaining and informative. Though he and the driver tried hard the elephants were shy but we saw lots of other creatures! It’s quite a trek out from Bangkok but well worth it!

Must see and do in Thailand!!!
Jim is best tour guide with our best driver Tu! Yes it is a long day trip but so worth it. Jim and Tu made sure we comfortable. From cool wet refresher rag and snacks and bottles of water! We were picked up at 630 sharp. This is to beat Bangkok traffic! Best shopping experience in Meklong :) the floating river is such a cultural immersion experience. Then there is the Erawan falls! Cool water to beat the 28 C heat. Our river Kwai bridge was amazing too!!! This is the best bang for your buck!! Kuddos viator! This company and guides are a keeper!!

An excellent experience!
This was a fantastic experience. My husband and I brought my 21 year old nephew along and he was wowed the experience too. Kit was not only knowledgeable, but also an excellent photographer. The outrageously beautiful structures made post card worthy backdrops, so all are photos are beautiful. Kit also taught us a lot about Thai history, the different regions we were traveling through, and even taught us basic Thai. At the end of of tour Kit took us to a special restaurant that served custom made dumplings in soup. Very Thai, but unique too. Kit really was an excellent host. Mr Paul did an excellent job driving us from place to place so there was never a worry about parking. Truly an excellent experience.

Do this trip - amazing experiences
Although there was considerable travelling involved the activities more than made up for the 12 hour day. The waterfalls were in a beautiful area and access to swim at the base of them was a little challenging but so worth the rock climbing. The visits to the bridge over the river and the death railway were so interesting. We even had the opportunity to view a train arriving at the station and see it chug off into the distance. Lunch was Thai food which was very tasty even though the restaurant was a little rustic. Finally the elephant experience was truly amazing. Our guide spoke good English and was very knowledgable.

Super fun night out!!
We enjoyed our nightlife tour very much! Guides Kimchee & Tina were so friendly & the places we visited were super fun! It was an excellent variety of stops and we never would have done all that on our own. It was also great to meet so many fun people from all over the world and party with them!

Guided tour
This trip is well organized. Start off @wandertravel office 8am or be picked up @hotel designated. 10 guests, a van, a good driver and an energetic guide (Alex) leading all the way. About 1.5hrs drive one way. Back to Bangkok city center around 4pm. One royal summer palace and 4 temples visited. Prepare cash to pay tickets (360thb pp). Tip as you like. The temples in picture are more colorful than the actual park. Alex enjoys welcoming foreign guests to Thailand!

Great tour on multiple historic sites
Great experience on multiple temples with explanations about the history of each one. There are not many monkeys left on the lopburi temple but our guide took us to a place where you can find them and feed them. It is a 90 to 120 min drive from Bangkok, and you'll have about 45 to 60 min on each temple. Pretty detailed explanation about the history of the sites. Definitely worth it.

Great tour for these sites
I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews for this tour. It was great and you can’t beat the price, especially for the transport to these attractions outside the city. Yes, these markets are tourist spots so they’re very congested but we knew that going in. It’s a lot of fun to experience these places in person. I really loved the Dragon Temple, it’s not on many tours and it’s really chill and beautiful. If you like the really imaginative temples, I recommend it. Pick up was right on time at the pickup spot. Starts early and gets you back to the city by 2:30. Our guide was very nice.

Great first day in Bangkok
What a great way to spend our first day in Bangkok! Our tour guide, Kulsaya, was amazing. She was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Not only did we learn a lot about Thai culture and the history of the places we went to, she also help capture those memories with her photography skills. We invited her to join us for lunch and so glad that we did. We tried authentic Thai dishes that she recommended and they were so good. You set the itinerary which is nice. Must see places Grand Palace, Wat Paknam with the private canal ride, and Wat Pho. Kulsaya made this day fun beyond our expectations! Wish she can be our tour guide for the rest of our trip.

Not seeing something you are looking for?
On the outskirts of Bangkok, you’ll find a wealth of wonders that range from floating markets to ruined cities reclaimed by nature. But getting to these historical and cultural wonders can be challenging, especially if you don’t speak Thai. Bangkok’s full-day tours whisk you away to places such as UNESCO-listed historic sites, floating markets, and historic railway lines, and they offer insightful context that you’re unlikely to get in the guidebook.
