Join us at the meeting point where we will begin our 3-hour tour of Strasbourg! From the European Quarter to the Cathedral via Petite France, enjoy the streets and historic monuments of Strasbourg. After about 1 hour and 30 minutes of cycling, we will stop at our partner restaurant to taste Alsatian dishes. The objective is to live "like a local". On the program : beers, bretzels, tartes flambées and Alsatian wine... This tour will allow you to learn more about the history of the city while riding freely and taking photos of the most beautiful places in Strasbourg. In addition, you will have the chance to live for a moment like a true Alsatian, proud of its gastronomy.

Baden-Württemberg not only produces the finest Pinot Noir’s but also revels in other varietals such as Grauburgunder, Weißburgunder, Muskateller, Gutedel and Chardonnay. On this remarkable wine tour you will taste the phenomenal difference’s between both Burgundian and the Baden-Württemberg Pinot Noir clones. Our first winery will be with the regions outstanding producer of Pinot Noir. His Spätburgunder wines regularly out-perform those of Burgundy, Oregon and others from around the world. We will taste several varietals including, Weissburgunder, Gutedel, Grauburgunder, Chardonnay, Merlot and Syrah. Located in the heart of the Achkarren dwells one of the most renowned family wineries. This winery will furnish us with an insight into both traditional and contempory wine-making practices. Finally we will head back down through the Kaiserstuhl vineyards which pepper the graceful terraces of this majestic dormant volcano and to our final winery of the day.

Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some century-old oak casks, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use today. The immersive experience, with projections on the barrels and sound work, is unique in France. Children are welcome on the tour, which is suitable for everyone. A piece of Alsatian gingerbread is gifted to you, and you'll leave with a bottle of home-made mulled wine! Most of our wines are organic certified.

Tasting begins in the wine space, followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children). Then we'll visit the cellar, dating back to 1850, with its century-old wooden barrels and scenographic space. You'll discover our rich family history and our work philosophy through an immersive video, the only one of its kind in France. The experience is projected onto 180° oak barrels in the cellar, with a soundtrack that allows the public to become totally immersed in our story. We end the tasting in our new immersive tasting and dining room, with a wine to accompany each course. You'll leave with a small bottle of our house mulled wine and a piece of Alsatian gingerbread. This animation is reserved for local adventurers! From On arrival at the Domaine participants are invited to discover the soul of our vineyards through a walking tour of about an hour. The opportunity to exchange views of the vineyard’s cultivation practices and enjoy different views from the Grand Cru Mandelberg on the Alsace plain, the Vosges and the medieval cities of Riquewihr and Zellenberg. This epic continues with a visit to our cellar. Between thunderbolts, barrels and stainless steel tanks we will have the opportunity to converse around the winemaking profession as well as the winemaking processes. Finally, the activity concludes with a unique sensitive experience: • First, a workshop on smell invites you to discover the different aromas of wine • In a second stage, a taste workshop awakens your taste buds • Finally, after the effort comfort! During this unique experience in Strasbourg you taste 4 independent Grand Cru winemakers accompanied by a fresh pretzel.
