Unlike traditional cooking classes, our experience begins long before we go into the kitchen. You experience a complete immersion in Moroccan culture, first learning the ritual of mint tea, a very welcome symbol.
Then you explore a real local market to choose your ingredients yourself, guided by enthusiasts who pass on the history of culinary products and traditions.
You then cook the dish that inspires you, without an imposed menu: tagine choices, couscous, rfissa, pastries...
The experience is alive, warm, human. It is a moment of transmission and authentic sharing, in a family atmosphere.
Round trip transportation is included, so everything is smooth and pleasant from start to finish.
