Couscous gave us a very insightful tour of Agadir, giving information and history as we went along.
We had the choice of which "jungle" (souk) we visited and chose the big one. Couscous gave us tips and made sure we were thoroughly looked after.
Couscous is lovey and funny. This was the second trip we had with Couscous and his team and we had an amazing time both times. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely be booking with Couscous again when we return to Agadir

Doesn't take you to things on interary. Goes to friends souk and asked for snack/tapas took us to friends restaurant and ordered us all types of food we didn't want. Very expensive! Don't use this vendor!!

Simply geat and honest. Couscous (Rizwan) was great guy, very honest and funny too. Explained things in a great way. Overall it was well worth the time and money. You won't go wrong with him.

Not as advertised, did not go to big souk but little artisan market for ten minutes. Very disappointing, we had to rebook the souk with another tour operator for £40. Waste of money

Excellent half day tour. Driver and a Guide who was very informative and very good standard of English. Lots of interesting info given about Agadir.

I was collected at my hotel by MoMo, my lovely driver and guide. As it was early on New Year's Day, I was the only person on the tour, but MoMo made me feel very safe and welcome.
He was very informative, answering all my questions. He was also very nice and funny!
We went to the Marina, the castle, a Argan oil factory and a Berber Market. It was all.really good, I would highly recommend it!

We were extremely disappointed with this tour. It was advertised as a 3-hour experience, but it only lasted about 1.5 hours. Our guide was very lazy and disengaged throughout the entire tour.
At the marina, we didn’t even get off the van. The guide simply drove by and told us it was okay to look at the sights from the car—hardly the immersive experience we were expecting. Next, at the Agadir Oufella, he stayed in the van while we had just 20 minutes to walk around. There was no effort to provide any insight into the historical significance of the site.
The tour continued with a visit to the mosque, where, once again, the guide stayed in the van and didn’t give any historical context. When we came back to the van, he was on his phone and smoking—very unprofessional. After that, we were taken to an Agadir factory, but while we were there, the guide disappeared for a few minutes to enjoy some tea inside.
The final stop was a Kasbah Souk, which felt more like a tourist trap than a genuine cultural experience. We had hoped to visit the large souk as advertised, but the guide just sat down with his friends and had more tea. When we asked him to drop us at Souk El Had, he agreed, but that was basically the end of the trip.
We were so frustrated by the lack of effort from our guide, and to top it off, he pleaded with us to leave a good review. It was clear he didn’t know much about the city or its history and provided us with unnecessary information instead of offering any real insights. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this tour to anyone.

Couscous and his team were great! There were people who spoke Spanish and English and Couscous did great talking to all of about the sites. Couscous speaks 7 languages so don’t be afraid to reach out to see if they can accommodate you. I love seeing how Argan oil is made and the last place the market where I found some beautiful fines. I would recommend this tour.

Didn't last 3 hours as said,we were only on the tour for 1 hour 45 minutes.Driver helpful and friendly
Meryem_O, Nov 2024
The experience left my husband and I very unsatisfied.
The marina was very underwhelming, we did not get to go into the mosque or the kasbah castle. It all seemed to be rushed.
The souk, indoor Market, was very intimidating people all over us, some begging some wanting to help us navigate the site. My husband nearly got his pocket picked, plenty of those about. We left the souk after only 10 minutes in there.
Ps I cannot see the difference between the cheapest and the second cheapest excursion offered by couscoustrip.
Ruined our day.
Can I also say mostapha was great.

Thanks for your feedback.
just to let you know that your hotel was 20 kilometers away from agadir and talking about the price what you have paid for the tour is normally the price of taxi from taghazout where you were staying to agadir with out city tour and the local market you can't blame us for it because we give you free time to do your shopping.
But as you know we can't please everyone. for us the client is king and queen so we do our best to make our customers profit the max of their experience with us
anyways thanks for your feedback because it helps us To improve our service
Thank you again

Want to thank Couscous who was our tour guide, he was very knowledgeable on the trip. Whilst we had booked a group tour, we ended up being the only two so it was more like a personal guide.
We weren’t too fussed on the Souk but that is personal choice. We found an hour here was too much but we aren’t really in to shopping/haggling.

A nice short tour lead by Mohammed. We drove past the harbour and up to the fortress for good views across Agadir, we visited the mosque then went to the Argan Oil place. They showed us how they make it and it is 100% natural, you then have the opportunity to purchase goods. Then the best part was the El Had Souls. We got lots of tips off Mohammad on prices and haggling and spent an hour in there and bought trainers and footy tops. A Morning well spent.

Couscous was an amazing guide. The tour of the Mosque and the Women's Association (argon oil) was very informative. The views from the top of the hill were fantastic!

Thank you Couscous!
We were very satisfied with the tour. All places were interesting and exciting. This tour was the best thing, what could happen to us. This contact was useful. We also ordered an extra tour and airport transfer through him on the last day! Everything was great!
We recommend it to everyone! 🥰

I booked this tour an hour before departure time as I thought my other tour would end much later. I booked the city tour with the hammam and massage.
Couscous gave the tour. He is funny and factual. We did not have great visibility, but I was able to get some nice pics of Agadir from the scenic look out.
The Berber arts and crafts market was excellent. It is a four story department store basically of handicrafts. You can get almost all of your souvenirs there, apart from t shirts
The hamam was an experience. I learned from another traveler to walk with an extra pair of underwear because you would get soaked. I was a bit shocked when I heard male voices. I did not think they would have a co ed hamam. I was in my own room, but there was another bed and a female came to get scrubbed on that bed then left. I felt uncomfortable being topless around strangers.
I saw other people in swim wear. Bikinis for women, swim Trunks for men. I did not know I would need it because there was no warning of that. It was awkward, but some of the comments about sitting for 30 mins doing nothing are unwarranted. They use a black soap and let that sit and absorb in the steam on your skin. They they come and wash and scrub it off. The exfoliating effect is very good and my skin looked great after the hamam. My hair was a disaster because it wad steamed out.
We had to wait in a locker room in robes. There was about 10 mins of silence as men and women were all together in robes that did not fully cover eveyone looking down at the floor. It was super awkward.
You then walk up very slippery stairs to the massage rooms.
The massage is more traditional. You are I your own massage room with no coed stuff. They use the massage oil that you see in most of the argan places. It is very soothing on the skin. The massage is not a real therapeutic massage, but more of a cosmetic massage. I was fine with that. My skin really needed a hamam and now at least I know what to expect.
Couscous was nice enough to stop at a place where he knew tshirts were sold since I mentioned that's all I was missing.
We spoke about Paradise Valley and I ended up booking that when this tour ended.
Overall, despite the weirdness of the hamam, the tour was well done and the hamam was a good experience.
I would recommend this tour.

Couscous had a vast knowledge on the history of Agidir and the area. He is a very good communicator with humour and sensitivity.
Sharma_S, Oct 2024
We had a great half day tour of the city the guide was very informative and friendly, would definitely recommend . Thanks again Couscous
joanne_b, Oct 2024
Couscous was a great guide! He was informative about the area and funny too. He gave us great advice about bartering at the market.
I highly recommend using him for the tour.
Selina_B, Aug 2024
We had the most wonderful guided tour with Couscous in Agadir. Couscous is a delight - funny, warm and welcoming. A safe pair of hands to help you navigate Agadir's places of interest and Souk el Had which is a cultural hotpot. He is punctual to a fault and showed patience when we were an hour longer in the Souk than planned. Couscous made our trip so memorable. Thank you!
Hugh_B, Aug 2024
Couscous himself Was our guide and he couldn't of been better! We signed up for the optional massage and it was the best part of the visit. I don't think there's anything else in this town that you want to see that he did not show us
Nicky_C, Aug 2024
Couscous is a charismatic, knowledgeable and interesting guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and would highly recommend it! Great value for money.
Couscous also offers a fixed price for transport to/from Agadir airport - a lot cheaper than a taxi in our experience
Lara_C, Jul 2024
The tour was very well structured. The guide nice, friendly and knowledgeable. This tour allows you to get to all the main places of the city that are quite far apart.
J_R, May 2024
Couscous is very knowledge about Agadir and its history. He's also very entertaining with a great sense of humor! We enjoyed our visit of Agadir with him.
Sally_I, May 2024
Talk about argon oil.
Not great information from the driver/guide although he was very pleasant.
Good way to see interesting parts of Agadir but read up yourself on history/culture etc beforehand.
Sarah_S, May 2024
Couscous has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. I learned a lot from him about Morocco and would highly recommend his tour to anyone. If you’ve booked with him and he’s running a little late, just check your email- he’s very good about communicating delays.
