1. Arrival Pick-up (Day 1) We offer complimentary pick‑up at Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport, Zhangjiajie West High‑Speed Railway Station, and Zhangjiajie Railway Station. Your driver‑guide will confirm your flight/train arrival details via SMS or WeChat before the trip. At the pick‑up point, they will hold a sign reading “Zhangjiajie VIP Small Group + Your Full Name”. For airport arrivals, please collect your luggage first, then proceed to the domestic arrival hall exit where your guide will be waiting. 2. Departure Drop‑off (Day 7) After finishing the Fenghuang Ancient Town tour on the last day, we provide a group drop‑off to the same airport or railway station (based on your return transport). The drop‑off time is scheduled to ensure you arrive at the airport/station at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure. 3. Emergency Contact & Waiting Time The driver‑guide’s mobile number and an emergency contact person will be sent to you via WeChat/email 3 days before departure. Complimentary waiting time: 60 minutes for domestic flights (after actual landing) 30 minutes for train arrivals (after scheduled arrival) If you experience a delay, please inform us in advance so we can adjust accordingly. Extended waiting beyond the free period may incur additional charges. 4.
