We Are in front of royal Hotel zanzibar PICK-UP & DROP-OFF Free hotel pick-up and drop-off are available ONLY in Nungwi and Kendwa. Guests staying outside Nungwi or Kendwa are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to the meeting point in Nungwi or Kendwa. Please make sure that your accommodation is located in Nungwi or Kendwa if you wish to benefit from our complimentary pick-up and drop-off service. For guests staying outside our pick-up area, we can assist with arranging a private taxi upon request, at the guest's own expense. Please note: Transportation from other areas of Zanzibar is NOT included in the activity price.

We cannot give any review, because we couldn't reach and you didn't reach out to us for the activities. So, we are requesting for a refund. Your customer service is so poor, no communication no response to our messages, the contact numbers on your profile wasn't connecting. Everything is just bad. PLEASE REFUND OUR MONEY.

The tour did take place as booked, and we sent you a message the day before with our correct contact number and the necessary information for the activity. Unfortunately, it appears that you contacted a different number that was not our official WhatsApp contact, which unfortunately was beyond our control. We understand how frustrating this may have been, but we did provide the correct contact details in advance. Since the activity was successfully provided, we are therefore unable to approve a refund for a service that was completed.
