Ok starting off with the pros. Booked this through Viator app and that process was seamless. I was immediately contacted by manager/operator via whats app confirming my booking and pick up arrangements. Manager was responsive so no issues there. The photographer Vinny was good and knows how to capture great photos/videos. Now Cons: Once you arrive, the un organization starts. Neema was person like a office manager and you can tell she is stretched thin. She offered me a drink and even had me speak with someone on phone to order. Drink never came and when I inquired, Neema acted as if she’d not seen before. Weird. Also they are trying to do to much without good process so u in up seating longer than needed and it takes a few days to get photos and videos. Overall Vinny’s work is amazing but execution of it all is lacking.
