Deceptive description of this outing

This event was advertised as being about 9 hours long. Since it is a one hour bus ride from London to LEGOLAND, I assumed that meant we’d get 7 hours in the park. Instead, they cut our time short to drive a half hour out of the way to pick up another tour group, so we only got 6 hours in the park. That’s a large enough difference that it feels like false advertising. They said we would travel back and forth from London to LEGOLAND Windsor, not that we would go out of our way to pick up another group. I don’t feel I got what I paid for.
