The driver was friendly and on time. The vehicle is spacious and clean. Overall a good experience, only advice is maybe spray a car freshener for a great experience.

Getting my visa upon arrival took longer than expected so I was the last person out, but the driver was there waiting for me patiently. He was a very courteous, thoughtful, and acareful driver too.

Airport shuttle from airport to the hotel was very good. But another shuttle from the hotel to airport was panicked because the driver did'nt come to pick up on time. I changed the picking up time to 7:00 instead of 9:00 that is the first apoimtment time. The staff forgot it.

An easy to book, efficient service. Gideon was waiting at the exit of the airport for us with a clear sign. He took us to the vehicle and set off to our destination promptly. He was very efficient and polite. He offered us water as soon as we were in the vehicle. A smooth ride with smooth tunes got us to our destination in no time at all. Thank you.

On the positive side, the driver waited for us whilst we were stood in the passport queue for over an hour.
However, we were not offered water though this is stated as being supplied. The vehicle was comfortable but the windscreen was badly broken.

Driver was waiting for us upon arrival, took us to his vehicle and drove us to our hotel. He told us about his country and city during the drive which is about 45min from airport to city. We arrived and driver was not present. Had to get help from
workers who called number we had. Could not reach anyone. Took 3 calls before we reached someone who said driver should be there. Driver finally arrived after we waited close to 30 minutes.
