Taxi did not pitch. Was in another town 400 km away. Said he was not iformed. Was stuck at airport 40 km from town.

I apologize for this unfortunate situation. Normally we receive an email notifications from Viator once a new booking has been registered, however this time around we did not receive any notification that's why we weren't aware of the pick up. This is not our usual way of treating our clients, our clients are our top priority. We sincerely apologize and this will not happen again to any of our future clients.
