Overview
If you want to hike on Whistler Mountain but lack mountain-climbing experience, technical skills, or confidence, then this guided excursion on the Whistler Sky Walk is ideal. Set off with a private guide, who offers commentary and support, and helps you clip into a cable to pass along cliff tops and suspension bridges. We didn’t know what to expect but knew where to meet and managed to book the correct gondola lift so we were good to go. Olly met us and off we went, up, up and up. At the Olympic rings we were kitted out with helmets, harnesses and safety instructions then our adventure began. We climbed, clambered and breathed deeply but it was all worth it when we reach our pinnacle and clipped on our carabiners (having had a quick refresh in practical use). Would not have missed it for the world. We are both pensioners, walk regularly and do challenging “Gary-walks” (just giving him a mention). Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who enjoys new experiences. Enjoy life Olly we did your company R & C

I was sent an email stating that the tour left at 13:30 at Garbo's. We were there on time. Nobody there. I called the number and are informed that the 9:00 a.m. tour meets there, the 13:30 meets up the mountain. That's not what my email I have saved says. Perhaps there is a smaller link in the email leading to other information, but it's reasonable to me that the email with the big print 13:30 at Garbo's, that's what I am doing.

Hi Adam,
Unfortunately, Viator only allows us to display one primary meeting point (and the email was an automated email sent by Viator, not by MSAA). However, directly below this in the booking information we clearly outline the two meeting locations: the 9:00 AM tour meets at Garbo’s, while the 1:30 PM tour meets at our mountaintop cabin.
We completely understand how Viator’s formatting could cause confusion if only the primary meeting point is referenced, which is why we provide the additional information immediately below it.
Once we became aware of the situation, we attempted to contact you, left a voicemail and provided multiple numbers to reach us. We have also issued a full refund for the tour.
We’re disappointed to receive a one-star review given that the correct meeting information was provided and we did everything we reasonably could once we became aware of the misunderstanding. We have operated this tour extensively without this issue, but we will continue looking at ways to make the meeting instructions even clearer within the limitations of Viator’s booking platform.
Excellent guide, beautiful scenery, well worth it. You get to see different views of whistler. Great to do in the morning.

Sorry Folks: Due to an approaching thunderstorm, we couldn’t make the sky walk itself.
The team was very nice and appeared capable and responsible.
The way up and down and especially the peak-to-peak gondola tours to the meeting point were breathtaking - including a lucky bear sighting.
The VIATOR instructions where to pick up the tickets were al little missleading (maybe just not up-to-date). Also would it be helpful to point out that the afternoon tour requires extra time planning, because you need to consider that you need time to walk from the ticket booth to the Blackcombe Gondola and then 20 min for the ride up plus 20 min for the ride with the peak-to-peak gondola to the meeting point.
