It was a lot of walking, sometimes difficult, but well worth it! Our tour guide Andy was amazing..he communicated with us and told us exactly where and when to meet him with specific instructions on what to wear and bring! He was very knowledgable!

Way too much walking and inclines had to climb a mountain twice not what I expected. Castle was just ruins. Tour guide was knowledgeable but described as moderate that’s wrong.
I am not typically a fan of large group tours as the other guests can make the day a little chaotic, however, this tour was managed incredibly well. The guides were intentional about offering different options to match the different physical abilities within the group. We spent just enough time at each location without feeling rushed and the sites and scenery were beautiful.
This was a fantastic tour! We took an easy/medium trail to the cliffs edge to see the Jurassic Coast. The stops at Weymouth and Corfe castle were lovely. Small quaint towns with homemade ice cream. Our guide was friendly helpful and very knowledgeable about each area. Great time, would highly recommend!
The tour guide failed to keep the tour in check. He also failed to mention that for those unwilling or unable to manage the hike that a boat tour (additional $) was available at the cove to see the sights. The destinations were fine.

The tour operator did a good job tell ing things about the tour but failed to find out information about the stops. When we got to the castle at 3:30 we were informed the catle closed early for a wedding. Had he done his due diligence and kept informed from the castle we could have left the first stop an hour earlier, we sat arour for about an hour just waiting to leave for the castle, and had an hour to explore the castle.
Firstly, finding the tour bus at the cruise terminal was not easy and instructions were not detailed. I found the bus where I had originally thought it would be but when we got off the ship it wasn't there so we proceeded to go everywhere else to find it.
The walk up to the viewpoint for Jurassic Coast was a bit strenuous and brisk but the view was worth it. However, we were not allow time to go to the beach of Durdle Door and proceeded to move on to Lulworth after about 10 minutes. The hike down to Lulworth was very strenuous because it was so steep and long and on cobblestones and steps all the way down. Once in Lulworth was had more than enough time there so it was a bit frustrating that we had to hurry down. Not many of the attendees were able to keep up with the guide as well. Small village with a rocky beach and good ice cream.
We were not able to see Corfe Castle as there was a wedding taking place. We felt that the tour company should have known that beforehand by calling to ensure there were no conflicts for their itinerary that day. Our tickets include the entrance fee; there should be a partial refund of our excursion fare.
This was our second Your Shore Time excursion and as the first one had a couple of flukes as well, I give this company an average rating and would not recommend Your Shore Time to a friend.
The itinerary was outstanding. The coastal sites we visited were breathtaking. Aside from a miscommunication of where we should meet after viewing the Durdle Door which resulted in disconnect from the group” and our eventual rescue” from this isolated area, the trip was outstanding and enjoyable
It was a good day seeing the coast. Our tour guide Andy obviously knew the area well. This tour does require a lot of walking to get the most out of it. Don't hesitate to book this tour if you are wanting an active day filled with views of beautiful coastlines.

This tour left without my husband and I. Tour start time was 9 am per confirmation AND that morning it was changed via an email to 8 am. Always trying to be early for any tour, we were at the pier by 8:15. The port operators were VERY helpful advising they had our names on a tours list. By 845 we were starting to get worried......my husband and brother in law walked to each bus and spoke to all personnel of tour companies with no luck. NO ONE ever came looking for us. Thank God there was a tour operator David/Riverside Travel with 4 spots open in his van and was able to go with him HOWEVER we had to pay....again!! I am requesting a full refund of $126.52 per person.
This was a beautiful place to see. The Durdle door was breathtaking; the walk down and back up was so worth it. Our guides picked us up from the boat and were great answering all our questions. We also went to Corte castle and explored medieval ruins. Great start of our trip.
Terrific excursion to Durdle Door and the Jurassic Coast. Highly recommend this tour if you’re up for a moderately strenuous walk to get the full experience and breathtaking views.

Outstanding way to see the incredible beauty of this English coastline. Visit and hike around at least 3 separate areas filled with breathtaking views. Our tour guide was Andy with Your Shore Time - great guide, and driver was fabulous.
The guide went above and beyond. He was funny yet very informative. He was also very patient with slow people like myself
Long day mostly in bus, several hours also outdoors to stop and shop, buy food and look around Corfe castle ruins. Very chilly, grey and cloudy most of day to really see the coastline. Andy, our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable and provided good narration on bus. Paul, our bus driver was good at navigation around narrow roads.
Excellent tour with plenty of time to explore at each stop. Andy was awesome and Paul did a great job driving! There is a lot of uphill walking so be prepared for that but very much worth it!
A great tour to see the coast line. We were given adequate time to see everything and explore on our own.

We had a great day with Andy on the shore excursion from Portland. We saw and learned a lot about the rugged Jurassic coast.
The guide Andy was exceptional. He made sure we didn't miss anything - not only the nature, but history and views.
He managed to make happy everybody in the group suggesting and providing different options for people with different interests and mobility.

Our tour guide Andy was simply spectacular. This tour was easily the best we have been on this year. Be prepared to hike up and down steep hills and rough trails to fully enjoy this awesome trip.

Our tour guide and his wife gave excellent information about the towns and coiuntryside as we traveled, then talked about the history, geology, and significance of the sites we visited. I highly recommend viator, and will use them again for excursions.
This was a great excursion. The weather was amazing the day we went and had beautiful views at the locations. Our tour guide, his wife and driver were very knowledgeable and friendly and even fit in a little surprise at the end of the tour. Highly recommend!
Very informative. Guide had a great personality and definitely enjoys giving tours. We enjoyed it very much and would thoroughly recommend it.
Great experience with a great guide and driver. There was a lot of walking and climbing that I wasn’t expecting and the bus (coach) was too large to get us close to two of the sites. I might consider the same tour in a smaller vehicle next time.

Good Morning, For 2026 we will be offering a Small Group Explorer tour, with a vehicle maximum 20 guests, as well as our Standard Group Tour. The 'Double Decker' is popular with upper level seating enabling panoramic views. I am pleased you enjoyed the tour!
The coach driver/guide was very interesting. He shared a lot of history and personal knowledge of all the landmarks we passed or visited.

This was the perfect tour to take in all the wonderful sites of the Jurassic Coast! Our guide was great and so knowledgeable! We were given adequate time to experience each of the sites, and had leisurely time in Weymouth to stroll through the village, have some lunch, and do some shopping. It was an unforgettable experience!
