    Misleading Listing – No Audio Guide Provided & Zero Support

    We booked the Grand Egyptian Museum Fast Entry Ticket with Audio Guide, but the service delivered did not match what was advertised. We were given only a basic entry ticket, with no audio guide and no instructions whatsoever. The tour operator was completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to contact them via WhatsApp and Viator messaging. Customer support was also unable to provide any meaningful assistance. We were left to figure things out ourselves inside the museum, which completely defeats the purpose of booking through Viator for a guided and hassle-free experience. This reflects very poorly on both the tour operator and Viator’s quality control. We would strongly advise others to avoid this listing and book directly instead.
