Overview

Central Otago is one of the world’s southernmost wine-making regions, known for its pinot noirs and stunning high-altitude wineries. On this day-long tour around the distinctive wine region, taste a wide range of wines—including pinot noirs and chardonnays—at up to six of the region’s boutique vineyards. Mary Louise, our tour guide was amazing. She was so knowledgeable, accommodating and personable. A great selection of 6 boutique wineyards, giving us a variety of wines and ports. The wineyard hosts were well informed and knew their products. It was great to learn about the history of the wineries. The barbecue lunch with the selection of wines was delicious. The length of the tour was certainly value for money. Highly recommended.

Our tour guide Heidi was very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us a comprehensive view of the wine country with many different wineries to sample! The lunch was one of the best meals of our trip! We highly recommend.

Our guide Richard was fantastic and we really enjoyed the tour, the wines, lunch that was included, and the photo opportunities along the tour. Highly recommend this tour as it is a great value. Our small group turned out to be just my wife and I, so it was like a private tour. One winery was small and only had three wines to taste. The others all had 6-7 wines to sample. It was a great tour of both young and established wineries. Bought a few bottles along the way as well.
