I enjoyed the walk with Niki in Utrecht. Started and ended right at the station. Easy to use, but you need a fully charged battery to start with!

Je n'ai jamais pu me connecter avec le numéro de confirmation donné par Viator sur l'application de NIki. J'ai donc payé pour rien... J'ai demandé un remboursement, mais je n'ai reçu aucune nouvelle. J'ai eu recours à des activités avec Viator dans le passé en Amérique du sud et en Afrique du sud et tout c'était toujours bien passé. Je suis très déçue!
