They canceled my flight the night before

They canceled my hot air balloon flight the night before and they have not reimbursed me for the payment I made more than 1 month ago. It was a very bad experience.

When you make your booking you receive this message: This is a Preconfirmed/Pending Booking. We can not guarantee the reservation until the day before the flight. This is valid this year for the months of May, June, July, September and October. Please note that you have to wait till the day before for the Corfirmation or Rejection. For no having to wait, you have to make your booking with 6 or 8 months anticipation. In case of not being able to find places for the desired dates or once the seats have been purchased, not being able to fly due to climatic reasons, the amount paid is returned. On the other hand, for people who have vertigo, agoraphobia or other annoyances that prevent them from flying, we have an alternative activity called 'Let's Watch at the Balloons'. Me and my wife, went to Capadocia JUST for going in balloon, in our honeymoon. The result? 12 hours before the flight, they just said us that they have to cancel the flight, and there was no reason, except on they resell our quotas to another one for more money. We lost the hotel and flight money because of these bad "procesionals". I hope Viator takes any kind of measure about this company. We lost our main honeymoon event.

Can't decide what is beautiful - 100s of balloons rising around or the Fairy chimneys - Awesome experience

I flew with my family on 26th April.. I tried booking this Balloon ride with so many companies and everyone said they are booked until May 20th... I still wanted to try out.. i checked on Viator and they were still selling tickets for Balloon ride so I decided to take chance and pay money on Viator , not knowing which Balloon company will give us a chance and after 5 day of booking I received a confirmation from HTR tours - and Kaya Balloons added us in list :) It was perfect morning, clear day, not too cold and we loved watching 100 other balloons getting ready to fly at very early morning. It was exciting to see them all rising at same time over lovely Cappadocia... Sunrise view was just breathtaking. Our Balloon pilot was also very calm and patient with all people taking thousands of pictures while in ride .. LOL. They served non-alcoholic champagne to celebrate our ride and we were back at hotel by 8 am. If you don't find any reservation with any balloon companies then I would say take your best chance at Viator - who cares which company takes you ultimately but we have to make our day count while we are at Cappadocia...A balloon ride is a MUST. If someone from family is nervous about flying or you just can't get reservation I would still ask you everyone to just go to balloon flying site and watch them all fly up.. almost 90 - 100 ft tall giants with 28 people in a basket.. and take pictures from below.. get dressed in proper clothes and enjoy a beautiful photography session with 100s of Balloon as background.. Totally worth it. Cheers..
