I recently participated in the "Skip The Line: Uluwatu Spectacular Kecak Dance and Beach Dinner" tour through Viator, and unfortunately, it was a massive letdown. While our driver was excellent and very accommodating, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The evening was poorly organized and felt like a waste of both time and money. We had high hopes for a beautiful sunset dinner by the beach, but the reality was a HUGE LETDOWN. The tour listing clearly stated that dinner would be served during sunset, yet we didn't arrive until after 9 PM. By that time, we were starving and eager for a nice meal, but what we encountered was unacceptable. The restaurant they took us to was a complete DIVE. The food was not only unappetizing but downright inedible. We couldn’t even eat our meals, and it was incredibly frustrating to have our evening RUINED by such poor dining options. To make matters worse, by the time we returned to our hotel, we found that everything was closed, and we couldn’t even order dinner. This left us with no options and added to our dissatisfaction. Additionally, I attempted to reach out to the tour operator for assistance, but communication was a NIGHTMARE. We could only contact them via WhatsApp, and they were unresponsive. It felt like they didn’t care about addressing our concerns or rectifying the situation. In summary, I do not recommend this tour. Save your energy and money for a more enjoyable experience elsewhere. What should have been a memorable evening was instead a frustrating and anger inducing ordeal
