Very poor service from ur company,was not picked up from airport, and picked up 30 minutes late from hotel! Would not reccomend this service to anyone! I deserve some type of compensation for this terrible service!

Good morning sir I wish you would not do this. But since you want to go this way let explain to everyone what happened. Yes we weren’t able to pick you up at airport but you was passed of to another driver that you didn’t have to pay for because traffic was very heavy for me to get back to you on time and on top of that with your pickup time it says 11:00 am pickup at lobby which I reach at 11:02 to pick you up and then you guys bring someone else onto the shuttle that was not book with u. I explained to you guys that this is the wrong shuttle for her and y’all instead argue with me saying she booked with me which was a lie and y’all know now at the end of all this she had the audacity to try and not pay me for the ride that was never booked with us. I hope y’all had a great time on my lovely island. Because 3 bad apples is not gonna ruined my business
