It wasn’t a 5 star cruise as sold by Viator. The cruise staff themselves mentioned it’s a 3 star cruise. We felt cheated. I raised this with Viator but they didn’t help at all.

In Ha Long we made the Lily Cruise, we stayed in one of the exclusive cabins, very comfortable and decorated and with stunning views. The service of the staff is attentive, especially the guide Happy that because we do not speak English very well he always tried other ways to pass the information to us, and the food, excellent with Vietnamese and international dishes carefully prepared.
