We took the shuttle bus to the meeting place as directed, our guide never picked us up. We had to find a taxi and hire a guide on our own. Actually ran into our guide at Chan Chan, his name is Dilser, all he could say was “sorry”. We had made the arrangements specifically because my brother uses a mobility cart and Dilser said he could handle that. Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service and terrible attitude! I want a complete refund!

Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience, but you took the wrong bus and were in another place not agreed upon with the group. It was agreed in the WhatsApp group that the pick-up was inside Puerto Salaverry, not outside. The 30 passengers were at the correct time and place according to the coordination with the guide. Dilser is one of the best guides we have for his level of knowledge, treatment of tourists and level of English and he only follows orders and continued his work. We regret This detail and regarding the payment, the entire amount was returned. Thank you very much and God bless you.
