This climb is for serious climbers seeking serious altitude!

One of the few mountains in the Cordillera Blanca that you can climb in just 2 days, Vallunaraju (5,686m) is a fantastic peak. And, on this trip, you will get to climb right to the summit of this trip. Our trip will begin in the lovely mountain town of Huaraz. From there, we will travel to the beautiful Quebrada Llaca (4,200m). Afterwards, we will go to the Vallunaraju Base Camp, where we will spend the night. On the following day, we will climb to the summit of the peak. From the summit, you can enjoy some magnificent views of other nearby peaks. After you’ve soaked in the great views, we will then return to base camp and then the Quebrada Llaca and then Huaraz.

The Huayhuash trek on the mountain range is one of the most beautiful treks in the world – and it’s easy to believe. The villages Pocpa and Llamac are usually the trailheads for this trek. The entire length of the Cordillera Huayhuash ranges only 30 km but within its compact area lays amazing towering peaks. At almost every turn, you come face to face with glistening vertical walls of ice, snow and rock.
