Tours of Ceviche + Pisco Souer

The adventure begins in the imposing Chan Chan, the largest mud city in the world, built by the Chimu civilization, masters of the sea. Here you will discover how this culture thrived thanks to its close relationship with the ocean, developing fishing techniques and maritime trade that marked its history. You will walk through its ancient streets and squares, understanding the legacy of a society deeply connected to the sea. Then, the experience continues to the coast in Huanchaco, a traditional fishing village where the ancient totora horses are still used. This is the perfect setting to immerse yourself in the flavors of Peru with an unforgettable gastronomic experience: you will learn about the history and preparation of the emblematic ceviche, made with fresh fish of the day, and you will enjoy a demonstration of the famous pisco sour, the flag cocktail of the country.
