We had a group of 5: ages 17, 19 and 20 and 2 53yo parents. Our guide was Danny (Denni? - spelling unsure). He’s a 64yo mountaineer and travels the world climbing. Very knowledgeable and experienced. We had a GREAT time. It was strenuous and scary and exhilarating. There’s a 45 minute hike at the start and end. And about 90 min of traversing and climbing in the middle. Safety ropes are provided in case a climber needed help but none of us used it. We are all in excellent health and athletic ability so while some parts were technically challenging, it was not too physically taxing. Bring water. Strap your camera on a lanyard of some sort to take some spectacular pictures. And sunblock.

Our guide, Marco, was super super good and helpfull. Im very scared of heights so this journey was stress for me but he managed to convince me its doable. Without him it would be impossible. During ferata ive of most beautiful views ever. In the end it was very very fun. It was my first time doing ferrata but im in very good physical shape. Wouldnt recomend it for first timers in average shape tho.
