Went as a family of 2 adults 2 children. We were made to feel welcome from the start. Clear safety briefing then off you go. After short walk you begin your climb which follows a set route involving horizontal and vertical elements. We ended up at the back and Marco was with our children throughout, encouraging them and ensuring they were having fun, he couldn't have done more for us. We baaically ended up with a private experience as the other instructor lead the main group which contained older chidren. Once you reach the top there is a 45 minute hike back to the base. Again Marco was friendly and pointed out some items along the way. Would definitely recommend this, there was much more actual climbing than expected which made it excellent value for money.
