Arthur seemed to be very inexperienced guide and knew very little about the history of this city. The Tour existed of places that he was just familiar with, many bookstores and student hangouts.
We asked many questions and his answer was “ That is a very good question, I will have to look that up.”
He spoke very softly and was very difficult to understand unless you were standing right next to him. There were four in our group and none of us
enjoyed the tour.

We also recognize that clear communication is essential, especially for a group of four. Stephanie was a great guide. She had the ability to share her favorite things and provide history about Toulouse well. During the walk she had me step in and view different buildings and did with ease. Also great tips on places to eat and purchase pastel items.

Felipe did a great job speaking mostly in French but just a little English. Just as I wanted! Toulouse is a great city and I learned a lot from my guide.

This was exactly what I wanted! My tour guide Luisana was so nice and patient. Even though I am elderly and need to walk a little slower she made things super easy for me. We had a great time and I loved seeing Toulouse with a local. I highly recommend seeing a town this way!

Ne faites surtout pas la visite avec Romain. Bien que charmant, il n’a aucune compétence de guide. En effet il est livreur de métier!
Du coup, visite des sites trop peu commentée, peu de réponses à nos questions dans les domaines culturels, historique, architecturaux etc… Flop complet.
Manque également de dynamisme, de pédagogie et de fil conducteur pour la visite! C’est bien la pire expérience que nous auons eue depuis 20 ans, pour 2h à plus de 200€!!!!!

Je suis désolé d'apprendre que votre visite ne s'est pas déroulée comme vous l'aviez prévu. D'après votre commentaire, il semble que vous auriez préféré une visite guidée par un professionnel plutôt qu'une visite Lokafy. Dans toutes nos informations, nous soulignons que nous proposons des visites à pied non scénarisées dans une ville avec un local - tout comme vous verriez une ville si un ami vous la faisait visiter. Lokafy permet aux voyageurs d'entrer en contact avec les habitants et d'apprendre à connaître la ville de leur point de vue : comment c'est la vie là-bas, des conseils sur leurs restaurants préférés et aussi une connexion à un niveau personnel. Comme ils ne sont pas des guides touristiques professionnels, nous n'exigeons pas des Lokafyers qu'ils aient une connaissance détaillée de l'histoire de la ville. Nous espérons que les conversations que vous avez eues avec vos Lokafyers vous ont permis d'entrer en contact avec eux à un niveau personnel.

Tristemente nuestra opinión es desfavorable.
Lo primero indicar que la guía fue amable. El problema no fue su actitud, fue su aptitud. No es aceptable que la guía no sepa moverse bien por la ciudad ni sepa prácticamente nada de los monumentos, iglesias o edificios de la misma.
Se movía con muchas dudas con un mapa turístico y google maps para seguir una ruta que alguien le había fijado. Al llegar a cualquier sitio nunca sabía si iba a estar abierto, al entrar donde fuese, p.e. en San Sermín como no sabía casi nada del sitio, cogió el típico folleto que había a la entrada para poder leernos algo. Las breves visitas a la basílica, a la catedral, ..., no las hacía con nosotros porque no tenía nada que contarnos.
En un tour que era para ver el centro de Toulouse no nos llevó al Convento de los Jacobinos, increíble!!
Todo esto podría ser una "triste" experiencia sin más si hubiese sido un free tour o un tour barato, pero un tour por el que habíamos pagado 120 €!!! para 4 personas, sí 120 €!!!, sin entradas, nos parece una estafa.
Espero que en el futuro, sobretodo cuando cobran un tour tan caro tengan más cuidado en atenderlo con un guía oficial o al menos que esté bien preparado.

Por su comentario, parece que quizás hubiera preferido un tour guiado por un profesional en lugar de un tour de Lokafy. En toda nuestra información destacamos que proporcionamos visitas a pie sin guión por una ciudad con un lugareño, igual que verías una ciudad si tuvieras un amigo que te la enseñara. Lokafy permite a los viajeros conectar con los lugareños y conocer la ciudad desde su punto de vista; cosas como: cómo es vivir allí, consejos sobre sus restaurantes favoritos y también conectar a nivel personal. Por su comentario, parece que nuestros Lokafyers siguieron nuestras directrices. Como no son guías turísticos profesionales, no exigimos que los Lokafyers tengan un conocimiento detallado de la historia de la ciudad. Esperamos que las conversaciones que mantuviste con tus Lokafyers te ayudaran a conectar con ellos a nivel personal.
