Overview
Come on this night walk when the sun goes down and the animals of the forest wake up and drill and play in Tortuguero. Your guide will meet you at 6pm, and together you will walk through the forest, not the national park, so you don't need to pay an admission fee. You'll be shown the flora and fauna of the area and told stories about them and their behavior at night.

Very fast walking and the guide barely spoke 10 full sentences. Did not say more about the animals and plants than their names. Positive thing was that there were only 4 people in the group but with almost no engagement from the guide, this did not matter much.

Le guide parfait pour vos balades à Tortuguero. Hugo a l'oeil et trouve le moindre petit animal caché derrière les feuilles. Et pour couronner le tout, il est extrêmement sympathique et compréhensible. Nous nous sommes trompés d'un jour pour le rendez-vous et Hugo a eut la gentillesse de nous prendre le lendemain. Je ne pense pas qu'une société de tourisme aurait fait pareil.
