Baths is very nice but also very busy. Swimming from the boat to the beach was challenging for some in our group.

Right on time totally custom very friendly. I would definitely go with them again! One of the cleanest boats I’ve ever been on great stereo nothing to complain about because they were perfect!
Probably would skip Cooper Island and go somewhere else next time, but the baths were incredible.

This group canceled on us at 10 pm the night before. We didn’t get the message until we were about to leave the next day. I wish they had called me. Luckily we somehow found a replacement tour for 9 people that exceeded our expectations.

We completely understand your disappointment, and please know that we were equally disappointed by the situation as well. Unfortunately, sometimes circumstances arise that are fully out of our control. In this case, we experienced unexpected issues, and for the safety of our guests and crew, we made the difficult decision to cancel the charter.
We did message you the night before to explain the situation and kept communication open regarding what was happening. This is not something we take lightly, nor is it something that happens often. In fact, this is the first one-star review we have received, and it is based not on an actual experience aboard with us, but on an unfortunate situation that prevented the trip from happening.
We also genuinely tried our best to accommodate your group by reaching out to reputable charter companies in hopes of securing another vessel for your trip. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we were unsuccessful, and we communicated that to you as well. In addition, you were fully refunded immediately once the charter was canceled.
Safety will always remain our top priority, even when it leads to difficult and disappointing decisions. While we understand your frustration, there truly was nothing more we could have done in this uncontrollable situation.
That said, we are happy to hear that you were still able to enjoy the BVI, and we sincerely hope that one day you will return so we can provide you with the experience we are known for and make things right.

Anthony was our captain and was great. Only got to do a half day tour and wished it was a whole day. Much better than the crowded cruise excursions and was comparable in price. Would do again in a heartbeat. If had to describe in one word - Wonderful.

EXCELLENT! We were two families, a total of 9 people ages 6 to 46. Safe, fun, smooth, perfect day!! We LOVED taking our time, being taken wherever, whenever and having Taiwo, a local and our Captain take us to the not-crowded-with-tourists spots! We can’t recommend this wonderful team enough!

We had a blast on our boat trip experience! The boat was beautiful and big with plenty of space to spread out for our group of 8. We stopped at all the highlights in the bvi and loved everything.

Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) had a great time on this excursion. We were given clear directions by our captain of where we would meet and we were met timely. The captain listened to what we wanted to do, and he suggested a perfect itinerary which we enjoyed. We would recommend this excursion and would definitely book it again if we visit Tortola in the future.

Driver had good spots but also open to spots we wanted to see. Comfortable boat, drinks were made available and snorkeling gear.

We booked very last minute and they were able to accommodate pretty much everything. Capt. Taiwo was great too - we had a short amount of time but he got us from Tortola to the Baths where we had plenty of time to explore and hang out on the beach - just know you have to swim in from the boat, and you’ll need to take cash with you for the park fee and any snacks or drinks. We thought there wouldn’t be enough time to snorkel, but he was able to fit it in for us - he stopped in a little cove to snorkel and we saw sea turtles and schools of fish. The boat ride out and back was great too - it was a nice little whaler boat, clean and comfortable, and they provided a cooler full of drinks. We had an amazing experience!

We had the very best day on the water with this tour! I am a travel agent and had a group of 8 with me for the trip. The boat was clean the captain was fun and the beer was plenty! I highly recommend this tour! One in our group left his phone on the boat and Deon ran to the cruise ship and gave it to security! WOW above and beyond! Thank you for such a lovely day! We had a fantastic trip yesterday with Captain Stacey! He tailored the trip to suit us with young children. We spent time at beautiful beaches, The Baths at Gorda, snorkeled and saw lots of fish. Stacey was friendly and great with the kids. He offered lots of interesting info about the islands. I would highly recommend this trip and Captain Stacey, thanks for a brilliant day!

Our Captian was great, timely, and took us to the baths and swimming with the turtles. His boat was awesome as well, providing us drinks and cocktails. We will book again with him.
