We have an amazing trip,the view in shkoder castle,lake and ottoman bridge are all beautiful and worth visiting, but the best part of this trip is definitely our guide Ilir!!! In short, We loved the trip and highly recommend to anyone who wants to know more about Albania,especially with Ilir, no need for second thought, just go and enjoy the day. A visit to Shkodër

Even though it was cold and rainy it was a good trip. The sun came out after our delicious lunch on the lake. The scenery was amazing- the sparkling lake and the Alps across it. And the town of Shkodër was charming.

This was our second day trip from Tirana, and we were lucky enough to have Ilir, the tour guide from our previous day's trip to Berat, for this trip to Shkoder. The views from the castle are incredible! For me, the views were the highlight of the trip. After a stroll around the city, we took a brief car ride to the side of Lake Shkoder for an outstanding lunch. Afterwards, we continued along the shore a bit further for some more awesome views to wrap it up before heading back to Tirana. Ilir was able to answer all of the large amount of questions I asked during our two days together. A very impressive guide, you should hope he is assigned to your booking!!!
