This bike tour was great! I was hoping that it would give me a lay of the land and greater understanding of the history and it did just that and more! Efthimis was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, patient with my questions and made the tour feel like I was riding bikes with a friend. Would highly recommend as part of your stay! It was my first time on an E-bikes & they were super easy to use!

My husband and I loved the opportunity to ride bikes in Greece and this was a great tour. We were treated to coffee and a Greek dessert which was delicious. You could get a regular or E-bike if needed. Overall it was a great experience.

Despite the weather, we had a great tour. We saw modern, Byzantine, and Roman sites throughout Thessaloniki and got a great overview of the history of the city.

Excellent tour!! I wish I could give 10 stars!!! The guides were brilliant and took us to all the sights. We had a coffee stop in the middle and they served the most delicious Freddo coffee!! We were on a cruise ship and I enjoyed this trip as one of the most from the week. One point to note - if you are on a cruise ship it’s about a 40 minute walk to the meeting point so bare this in mind.

We did the electric bike tour and enjoyed the sites. The bikes were very easy to ride. The only difficulty was trying to ride the bike in crowded areas.

Had a wonderful 3 hours of relaxed riding and a very informative tour of this eclectic city. Thalis was very knowledgable and made the tour really interesting with plenty of stops so still easy to do in the heat.
Stopping for a quick desert and coffee was a wonderful way to end this charming tour.
I’d highly recommend anyone to do this tour and thanks to Thalis for sharing his knowledge of this city, no questions were left unanswered 😊

Guide took us on crowded city sidewalks where we had to dodge pedestrians who understandably gave us dirty looks. Difficult to navigate the people and avoid wrecking, especially on the slick marble. Guide shared little information about the “sites” we saw — seemed to have little to no knowledge about the landmarks. After we biked past as extensive section of ruins, around which the town was built, we finally asked what we were seeing, to which he replied, oh, that’s just an old palace. Everything else was just one or two liners - That’s a city building. That’s the port. This is the market, but we can’t go on bikes.
On the positive side, our guide was an extremely NICE person - just not equipped for the role of narrating a group tour or selecting an appropriate bikeable route.

After reviewing your feedback and comparing it to our records of the event, we noticed some discrepancies in the description of the events you provided. The incident with the wheel did not occur during traffic, since the group was moving along the bike lane adjacent to Leoforos Nikis. The wheel did not actually came off, but it just came loose and our team leader took it off trying to fix it. A replacement e-bike was provided within 15 minutes, and the tour proceeded as scheduled.
Also, there were no accidents or injuries reported at your team leader during the tour.
Despite the technical issue with the e-bike, which was promptly addressed with a replacement, we decided to offer you a full refund for both participants of your booking. While occurrences of technical issues may arise, albeit rarely, we believe that our company should be evaluated based on how such situations are handled: immediate bicycle replacement and full compensation for the client.
