They cancelled on us at 10:30 pm the night before our tour. We lost the rice we paid for train tickets to get there.

Fantastic and informative tour with Olga. Learned so much about history, architecture, culture and the importance of The Hague in the Netherlands and the world. Even got an insider glimpse of a few spots due to Olga’s connections. She was delightful, engaging and had a great sense of humor. 5+ stars!

Excellent trip. We had a great tour guide Olga. Olga is very knowledgeable, walked us to many famous places in The Hague. The weather was not friendly but Olga made our tour very enjoyable. We highly recommend her for tour in The Hauge and in Amsterdam. Thank you very much Olga!!!

She was knowledgeable but not very friendly. She spoke very softly and hard to hear. But overall a very good and worth the money tour.

Thank you so much for choosing me to be your guide in The Hague and your effort and time to write a review. I am greatly appreciate your choice! At the same time, I am very sorry and surprised to read in your review that I didn't speak loud enough as during the tour you and your friends seemed to enjoy the tour very much! Your friends asked me extra questions after each story - I don't think they had complications to hear me as the questions were exactly about details I explained. If I knew about your situation during the tour, I would do my best to find the solution to fix your problem.
Prior to visit you had many questions which are not related to the tour but never mind I am always happy to help my guests (I wish I could post screenshots here to proof how much extra info I provided). Beside that you asked me to pick you up in Amsterdam and I arranged the private transportation too. At arrival you asked if the same transportation will drive you to Rotterdam and then to Amsterdam without extra cost (we only discussed transfer Amsterdam - The Hague). Sorry but these extra services are not for free. I suggested for you how to the best spend the afternoon in The Hague or how to get to Rotterdam.
In the second part of the tour you asked me to end it in a very specific location - no problem, I fulfil this request too. I hope your friends have a beautiful memories and gorgeous photos from my tour.
