Our guide was extremely nice and polite. However, first of all, he was half an hour late secondly, and most importantly, he had absolutely no knowledge of the city and the main sites. We walked for almost 2 hours and received zero in-depth information. Why would you send a a foreign 21-year-old, who is new to the city, instead of a true local, as you advertise, who really knows what he’s talking about? We’re sorry to say this was an absolute waste of money and time and we expect a full reimbursement.

Our guide was very nice and was open to whatever interested us. Private tours are the way to go. Plenty of time to stop and take pictures. Very helpful in understanding our interests in the Netherlands and their history. It was a good couple of hours.

Our guide was knowledgeable and succinct. We viewed the governmental structures, the Peace Palace, the upscale shopping areas, and some interesting backstreets. Be prepared for a significant walk lasting @ 2 hours.

Guide très gentil mais qui ne connaissait pas la ville. Organisation par viatour ok. On a dû reporter la visite d’un jour car la guide initialement prévue était malade. Viatour a bien réagi. Au final, prix beaucoup trop élevé par rapport à l’expérience. Pas grave, mais on ne recommencera pas.
