We end by the Etzel House Musuem by the beach. Jaffa is NOT included in the tour, if you wish to do Jaffa it is $50 per person, we need very close to Jaffa and it will be another 1 hour or so of touring. Jaffa has 4,500 years of history which is more than Jerusalem!

Jonathan was not only a pleasant and kind tour guide, but, his knowledge of Tel Aviv, Jaffa, Israeli history and Israeli culture were second to none!! I learned so much about not only current Israeli culture, architecture, and food, but also, religious history, cultural traditions and areas of interest. We explored some of the most beautiful places in Tel Aviv and had some of the most delicious foods. If you are needing a tour of Tel Aviv or anywhere in Israel, book Jonathan!!! He is your best resource for a great trip!!!!!!

I booked with Viator in advance and prepaid, they confirmed my booking. I showed up at the meeting spot at the appropriate time and showed my Viator ticket to the guide, but she said I wasn't on her list so couldn't go on the tour. Viator is "investigating," but it looks like I will have to initiate a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund. I wouldn't recommend booking any tour with Viator.

I never got an email for this booking so I didn't know that this client booked the tour. I also never received any money for the booking so how can I issue a refund if I never got paid to begin with??
