Very Diversified day. We tasted homemade wine, candies, cheese, watched bread making, visited a beautiful Convent/Monastery, could zipline into the "City of Love", walked it's streets, & finally tasted Georgian wine with lunch.at the winery.

Overall it’s good. The guide, Pata (not sure of the spelling is correct) is very nice and patient. Though it’s a bit crowded in the bus and the outdoor time was slightly longer than expected especially when wondering in Sighnaghi village. The sun almost killed me. It took longer to go bk to Tibilisi.

Nino is an amazing tour guide. She’s outgoing, fun, considerate and always helpful. She makes sure there’s something for everybody and her English is really good, never misses a fact on any language. She also cares about honest feedback to improve and offer even better experience in the future. Her knowledge about all the places’ history and fun facts about Georgia and their language made the tour really exciting and memorable. The tour lasted the whole day but I would have gone back every day to see and hear more stories about other regions as well. And of course Kakheti with all its beauty, food, wines and people, unforgettable!

Not a very memorable tour.We travelled 50 kilometres and back just to see an old tree,not worth the effort.The wine tasting was not bad.Lunch at the restaurant was bad and expensive.

I'm sorry if you didn't like it, this is our program. After that, we return to Telavi and go through the Gombor pass, which is now closed and the road is being repaired. It will be closed until April 25, and unfortunately the tour route has been changed.

It was interesting seeing the countryside, and how everyday people lived. Lana our tour guide was very knowledgeable, and she was very pleasant to be with. Spent too much time in the bus, and after driving for more than an hour, we could not go in any of the highlighted churches. Drop-off was not the same as where I was picked up, so had to find my way back. Due to limited English, all Jimi could say is "last stop, last stop".

The tour is as described. Guide nino was fantastic. I would give a little extra free time at bodbe monastery and more time in the city of love and also have lunch and wine there and skip telavi.

Easily the worst tour I have ever done anywhere in the world and in my life. Tour operator and is incredibly disorganized due to the medley of poor communication, managing the group, and selecting places to go. We wasted so much time waiting with little instructions that it was clear even the guide did know what he was doing. I'd rather do a self guided walking tour of Abkhazia than book a tour with Ushba tours again and urge you to avoid.

On the positive side, the tour was really nice, blending a taste of the Georgian countryside, winemaking, cute towns, historic sites and scenic drives. Our tour guide, Toko, was knowledgeable, fun, helpful and full of energy. On the slightly underwhelming side, the itinerary felt rushed at times, and some locations needed more time (for example, the St. Nino Monastery and the wine cellars), and other could have been done in less time (for example, the long wait before lunch). Perhaps a better allocation of time to the various activities can make the tour even more enjoyable. Also difficult was the bus ride using the back bench. This surely is not fit for adults, and the company should limit the number of passengers on this 18-seater minibus to 14-16 adults only to avoid the need for 4 adults to use the extremely cramped back bench.

I booked this tour using Viator and have read the program in detail. However, the local agency Ushba travel that provides the service did not have the same program, as we never visited the Telavi Museum/palace of King Erekle II in Telavi. I did ask the guide, and he said that this is not part of the program. We did see the tree, and it was a 5 min stop along the way.
The first stop that is described as "master class" of bread making is a stop at the local village house, where you can buy some local freshly baked bread, not very good at all, and some local cheese, also not terribly good, that is being served at the side of the road. Not the cleanest of places either.
Local guide had to use Russian and English language, due to the mixed group, but being fluent in both, I have to say that he was speaking much longer and has provided much more details to the Russian speaking group.
Visit to Bodbe and Signagi was very nice. Please be forewarned that there are no bathroom stops before the restaurant in Telavi, so use the facility outside of Bodbe.
Visit to wine cellar and restaurant was ok, but please be warned that in the restaurant they don't tell you that they charge additional 15% for "restaurant service" and I spoke to the staff, they don't get any additional money, so on top of that you need to leave the tip (however it is optional, not a must). Food at the restaurant is average, while the prices are the same as in the downtown Tbilisi.

I'm sorry that you are unhappy, I want to disagree with you on many things, stopping for bread is the old tradition of making bread, and that's why it's interesting, there are toilets at every stop. Our guides speak two languages well, the price of the restaurant is cheap because it is the best in nature with wine tasting, I think you should not come to Georgia, I recommend you to visit the Lenin Museum in the center of Moscow in the future. And also visit the borscht restaurant.

Nico is an amazing guide. She is very passionate about her job and it shows. Of the 3 days in Georgia, this was my favourite tour. It was a mixed group and I enjoyed interacting with others on the tour.
I thought her sensitivity to offer options to the group for drop offs along the route without diverting, was a good thought.
