Tour that never happened

We were never picked up for tour. When we tried to contact tour operator, we couldn’t get through. Viator also tried. The second person we spoke to at Viator said the problem was the hotel we were staying at - the tour company doesn’t pick up there, I had this tour booked for 4 to 6 weeks and received numerous confirmations from tour company, stating clearly that our pickup was at said hotel. Then, to top it off, Viator rep said we needed to cancel 24 hours in advance to get full refund, we didn’t know there was an issue until one hour after our trip began. Viator did put in request for a refund and we will find out in about a week if it’s granted. Very disappointed - we would have made arrangements to get to a hotel they served - if we knew. Viator reps professional in their response! No issues with their service

Beware!! Charged for a trip we never got to take

The company canceled this trip on us and we still were charged the $470! I called viator for my refund and they said it was another party and couldn’t help us Yet the charge on my card says Viator! Beware. We travel a lot and I’ll never book with this company again. We used to use them all of the time- terrible customer service
