Required Information: The day before, please send the exact address of the pickup location and, if it is at a hotel, the room number so our collaborator can look for you at the front desk. Waiting Time: A maximum of 15 minutes will be expected after the scheduled time; if there are delays, please notify the contact provided as soon as possible. Weather Conditions: In case of bad weather, possible adjustments to the pickup time will be notified. Reconfirmation: A pickup reminder will be sent the night before, confirming all details.
