Very punctual and good value for money! The air conditioning bus picked us up and the captain if the longtail boat was very friendly and welcoming. We went snorkelling, saw some coral and fish and went onto see the pigs! We absolutely loved koh mad sum and had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

Great trip to Pig Island. Sea was a bit rough and we got soaked going but dried out in the sun. Was amazing seeing the pigs. Only a couple of hours needed on this island as nothing else to do. Remember to take a towel as well

This was another great afternoon. The company picked us up at our hotel, on time.
Dropped us at the pier. Where we got on a long boat. We stopped for snorkeling (about40 minutes). Then on to pig island.
We had 2 hours. What a treat. We fed the pigs ( you can buy a bag of pig food), they are very friendly. We are around 60 years old and had a great time. It would be amazing for kids.
Then back to the pier where the car was waiting to take us back to our hotel. Well done everyone involved in organising this trip.
A real must do. If you don't do it you are missing out.

For this trip we chose the private long boat option for a flavour of tradition as compared to a speed boat. Be warned though that getting in and out involves an unstable ladder and you may get wet.
We love boat trips and this was great. My husband snorkelled at the first stop and was able to take some good fish and coral photos. I don’t swim so stayed in the boat relaxing.
The second stop was Pig Island and believe it or not this is an island with pigs living on it. A decent beach with clear water to swim in, so my husband tells me, though not as much to see from a snorkelling point of view.
There is a 50 baht per person fee to visit the island in return for which you get a bottle of water. Other food and drink has to be paid for. Water was also available on the boat.
We spent two hours on pig island before returning to our waiting transport back to our hotel.

Great trip. Car came to pick us up from the hotel. We then headed to the pier where we were assisted in finding our long tail boat. The captain of the boat was friendly but quiet. Which was fine by us. Not a big snorkeler but loved loved loved pig island. Glad we took a private long tail boat over.

Overall enjoyed the experience. Guide very quiet, said very little to us. Choppy journey over to islands got very wet ! Pig Island beautiful but very sad to see amount of rubbish around the area.

We were not prewarned that the sea was rough on the day and we would get thoroughly wet in this long boat trip to the island, also had to keep moving on the boat to rebalance the boat, no help getting on or off the boat for less able people, so all in all a very poor experience for older people, may be ok for youngsters The island was scenic especially seeing the black pigs roaming around the visitors but could not swim as the sea was rough, so nothing to do or see we just hung around for 3 hrs to catch the return rough trip back

Owner operator was very communitive. Which I appreciated
Boat driver and onsite fascillitator did not speak English but it wasn’t a problem. Wish they had safer better steps to enter the boat. But it wasn’t a great excursion. They still going inclement weather. Very rough seas and got soaking wet but that was no fault of theirs. Pigs were abundant

A great day with excellent service for pickup and return to our hotel.
As an older couple we enjoyed the luxury of having a boat to ourselves with a very accommodating and friendly skipper. Being landed so close to the beach on Koh Madsum (Pig Island) that we hardly got our feet wet was a bit of a highlight when we saw how far some people on bigger boats had to wade through the water.
The pigs and their interactions with the visitors was very entertaining while we enjoyed lunch and a beer or two. Surely these creatures must be the luckiest pigs in the world!
We skipped the snorkeling but there were plenty of fish where we stopped to observe others doing this activity from other boats nearby. Definitely recommend this excursion to anyone old or young.

Great trip. We didn’t fancy the idea of our family of 4 being crammed into a huge speedboat with dozens of other people, so the private longtail boat trip was the best option for us (and actually cheaper).
Comfortable boat, friendly pilot, good snorkelling, and a lovely visit to Pig Island. Because it was a private tour, we could stay or leave whenever we wanted. No lunch included, but there is a wee beach bar on Pig Island that you could buy whatever you wanted, which suited us (with fussy teenagers!).
One suggestion for others would be to bring beach shoes, as the beach and sea at Pig Island is a bit stoney.
The private transfer to and from our hotel in Chaweng took about 30 mins each way, and was a bit odd with 4 of us not in a taxi or anything, but a little Toyota Yaris with a lowered suspension and big wheels too big for the car (so it crunched every time we went over a bump), and a noisy blowing exhaust. All part of the fun !
All in a great trip, do it. We had a great day.

worst experience. do not this company.
dingy unsafe boat and rude staff.
we decided to return earlier because we were worried about weather conditions and asked to be taken back. they said sure no problem 20mins. ok. another 20mins. ok. then still no cab so i called the company and asked what time the driver would come so we would know if we could sit and eat while waiting. he instead decided to lecture us and tell us just because we stay at the W hotel we are not the center of the universe…. and then proceeded to message me telling me to apologize for asking what time the car is coming. he kept repeating that we need to listen and not speak. we asked for an early drop off but did not ask for any rush serviced. we wanted to sit down and have lunch and wanted to
know how much time we had. to make
matters worse: as we were waiting another group walked in and asked the price and it was a quarter of what we paid online’ definitely over paid and over tipped this experience. not sure this company likes tourists or women tbh. i am still receiving messages about how i should apologize.

We reconfirmed all schedule with them and reminded for pick up time between 09.00-09.10 hrs. at W Samui Hotel
(We need to confirmed every changing requested because right now is our peak season in Koh Samui)
on 25 Dec 2023: They requested to change the pick up time from 09.00-09.10 hrs. to 10.30-10.40 hrs. and we changed for them again.
on 26 Dec 2023: (Tour Travelling Date) They requested to change the pick up time again from 10.30-10.40 hrs. to 10.00 hrs.. This time we are unable to changing anything for them again because right now is our Peak Season (Christmas-New Year)
and we have explained them, why we can not change because of all programs such as our Driver, Our Boat are fixed time for them and for other tourists as well.
So, on 26th Dec 2023, we are only able to provide them by the booking scheduled only.
10.30-10.40 hrs. Private Car: Pick up at W Hotel to the pier. Driving time to the pier about 45 minutes (-/+)
11.30-15.30 hrs. (4 hours) Private Longtail boat
15.30 hrs. Private Car: Pick up at the Pier back to W Samui Hotel
And on 26th Dec 2023 around 14.02 hrs. The Boat's Driver called us that they want to come back earlier and want to get the Car (as all detail from our Chat history.
Resulted: We have switched our Driver's job for making our Driver available for them as soon as we could to pick them up from the pier to Hotel. (Otherwise, they need to wait by the booking scheduled for the Car at 15.30 hrs.)
Hopefully that you will understand our situation as well.

Great views and overall a great trip! We had a private longtailboat which turned out to be a great decision! Relaxed guide and punctual driver who picked up us at our private villa in Plai Laem! Tour operator also messaged us right after the trip was confirmed and asked info for the pick up!

The driver to the boat was great. Once in the boat I had no idea what was happening. My guide didn’t speak a word of English. Completed in 1H45. Wouldn’t recommend. Only rated high to be nice.

The pick-up was on time, the boat was waiting and took us to snorkelling (nice place and fishes, water was a bit unclear). Then to pig island, very nice to walk around and feed the pigs. Then back home! Very nice trip!

We loved this trip. All alone on a long tail, no waiting around for other people. The island was fun (wear sunscreen! We got so distracted playing with pigs we got burnt 😂). Our boat driver stopped at a beautiful snorkeling location. Great relaxing way to spend a morning! Thank you guys

Nichts für Tierliebhaber, Veganer oder Vegetarier - ja, wenn ihr da hin fahrt dann um die Schweine zu tränken!!! Die lebenden Schinken haben alle mehr Durst als Hunger! Oder füttert die dünnen Eber. Allerdings geht's den Schweinen die alle Fressen als gäbe es kein Morgen auf den ganzen Käfigen bestimmt schlechter!!!
Schnorcheln war unmöglich man sah nichts! Besser ein Wassertaxi buchen ohne Tour oder ganz sein lassen.

Wir haben eine 4-stündige Bootstour gebucht und bezahlt.
Steht auch extra in den Leistungen (4 Stunden longtail-Boot Tour),
jedoch endete die Bootstour nach 3 Stunden. Somit wurden wir um eine Stunde betrogen. Aus diesem Grund nur 1 Stern.

Die Bootstour beginnt um 9:50 Uhr, und wir haben Fotos, die die Abfahrtszeit und die Ankunft am Samui Pier gegen 13:30 Uhr zeigen, was insgesamt etwa 3 Stunden und 40 Minuten beträgt. Nach der Ankunft am Pier müssen Sie etwa 20 Minuten auf das Auto warten. Der erste Halt ist zum Schnorcheln, danach fahren wir zur Pig Island, wo die Zeit zwischen 13:00 und 13:30 Uhr ist, bevor es zurück zum Koh Samui Pier geht. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir nicht nach Koh Tan zum Schnorcheln zurückfahren.
Insgesamt dauert die Tour, einschließlich der Reisezeit, etwa 4 Stunden. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie engstirnig sind und unsere tatsächlichen Ergebnisse und Erklärungen nicht berücksichtigen.
Hinweis: Die 4 Stunden Dauer der Tour mit dem privaten Boot beziehen sich auf die gesamte Zeit von der Abfahrt (Koh Samui Pier) bis zum Ende der Bootstour (Rückkehr zum Koh Samui Pier). Nicht von Pig Island, da dies nicht der Ausgangspunkt ist.

War ein sehr schöner Ausflug,man kann schnorcheln Jetski fahren und kleine Schweinchen streicheln. Sehr schöner Strand

Nette Tour. Wir hatten den Nachmittag Termin. War eher wenig los auf der Schweineinsel. Netter Bootsführer.

Nous avons fait le choix du "bateau longue queue" et c'est pour moi la meilleure option et la plus authentique. Attention toutefois, ça peut secouer assez fort et mouiller beaucoup, en fonction des conditions climatiques et des courants. Pour le snorkeling, prévoyez des petites chaussures car les coraux sont peu profonds par endroits et très coupants. Un peu plus mitigée par pig island, davantage fréquentée par les touristes que les petits cochons.
Le chauffeur qui nous a pris en charge à l'hôtel était adorable, en revanche, le conducteur du bateau était aimable mais nous parlait à peine (peut-être juste un problème de langue).
Mention spéciale au prestataire, très professionnel et investi.
En bref, cela reste une belle journée même si quelques points pourraient, à mon sens, être améliorés :)

Schöner Ausflug ohne jeglichen Zeitdruck, freundlich und pünktlich 😊
Die Nachmittagstour ist meines Erachtens empfehlenswerter, da es leerer ist beim schnorcheln und auf der "Schweineinsel", inklusive schönem Sonnenuntergang. Die Schweinchen sind süß.
